Warranty Policy
Warranty Period
Glowlife provides a one-year limited warranty on the following products from the date you sign for the parcel:
- LED Light Therapy Mask
- LED Light Therapy Panel
What is Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship that cause the unit to fail to power on, LEDs to stop working, or the controller to malfunction.
- Within the warranty period Glowlife will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective unit or component free of charge.
- Any replacement product or part continues to be covered for the remainder of the original one-year warranty.
What is NOT Covered
- Damage caused by dropping, crushing, liquid ingress, fire, or unauthorized disassembly/modification.
- Use of non-original accessories or repairs carried out by non-authorized personnel.
- Normal wear and tear: silicone ageing, loss of strap elasticity, cosmetic scratches, etc.
- Consumables: eye goggles, charging cable, storage pouch, etc.
- Failure to follow instructions (e.g., continuous back-to-back treatments, use in a bathroom).
- Missing proof of purchase, removed warranty sticker, or illegible serial number.
Warranty Claim Procedure
- Contact Support: call +27 72 358 4271 within the warranty period.
- Provide Information: order number, model, fault description, photos/video.
- Solution Offer: we will reply within 2 business days with repair, replacement, or return instructions.
- Return the Unit: customer pays outbound shipping; use a traceable service. COD shipments will be refused.
- Turn-around: once we receive the unit, inspection/repair or replacement will be completed within 3–5 business days and we will cover the cost of shipping it back to you.
Returns & Shipping Costs
- 7-day no-reason return: product must be unopened and complete; customer bears both-way freight.
- In-warranty repair/replacement: customer pays to send the unit to Glowlife; Glowlife pays to ship it back.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable; surface mail or COD is not accepted.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Glowlife shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profit, skin discomfort) arising from product malfunction.
- Any unit that has been serviced or altered by unauthorized personnel is automatically excluded from this warranty.
General
- This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser.
- This warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
- Glowlife reserves the right of final interpretation of these warranty terms.
